  • For critical care and after hours, our two 24-hour ER clinics will coordinate with our neurologist on call to ensure your patient is seen within 24 hours.

Veterinary Neurology of the Chesapeake (VNoC) is led by board certified neurologist, Dr. Jay McDonnell, who has been practicing in Maryland since 2004. While pet owners are welcome to make consultation request, typically the request comes from their veterinarian. In order to ensure continuity of care, when we receive a consult request from a pet owner, we immediately contact their veterinarian for information about the pet. MORE>>

The two trials VNoC is participating in are 1) a canine vaccine trial that is studying malignant gliomas and meningiomas and has shown extended survival with both tumor types, and 2) a molecular combinatorial therapy for canine malignant gliomas. MORE>>
